When our admin and finance team out-grew the London office it was time to look elsewhere! With our finance director being Hungarian and commuting every week by plane the logical thing to do was to open an office in Budapest! Having enjoyed a successful career in the property business as an estate agent working with Chris, we both agreed that the market was changing in terms of the need for all in inclusive accommodation for professional people in London.

We both gave up our successful careers to start Ace Relocations and have managed to cement strong commercial ties with many leading industry professionals and now enjoy a reputation that is second to none!

Having grown up with a family in the property business, I knew from a young age that it was the sector I wanted to work in. I understand the importance with communication whether it be with owners, residents or colleagues and use this to form strong relationships with all my colleagues and owners.

Ace Cleaning Services

Our properties are serviced weekly by professional cleaning companies and this service is fully included in the rent. They clean the kitchen, bathrooms and all other communal areas and your bedrooms, plus they provide liquid soap and toilet paper in all bathrooms.

Ace Maintenance Services

We check properties weekly to ensure your property is regularly inspected and looked after. This method ensures early detection of any defects which will more often than not result in lower maintenance costs. Annual preventative maintenance such as boiler services and gas safety checks keeps your property in excellent order and eliminates any hassle for you.
